Below, we will provide updates on the work from each committee as they become available.

  • This group is exploring how to make diversity, equity and inclusion a central concept embedded in all professional identity work.

  • The Healthy Work Environment Committee is charged with linking resources and best practices, identifying and creating resources and tools for nurses that support and foster professional identity in nursing.

  • Purpose:

    • To engage members in ISPIN's vision and mission to foster and form professional identity in individuals who can influence self, colleagues, and systems to promote wholeness of the nurse and the health of clients, families, and communities.

  • This committee promotes the value of research to improve nursing practice and recommends, implements and evaluates ISPIN research projects and priorities.

  • The purpose of this committee is to plan and organize the annual symposium.
