Dr. Thompson is the Chief Nursing Officer at ARH Highlands Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Julee Thompson is a tenured healthcare executive with over 40 years of hospital, board, and corporate leadership experience, including holding Chief Health Executive, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Nursing Officer positions in system and community-based settings. Julee is a Fellow of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Certified Executive in Nursing Practice. In addition to her current role as Chief Nursing Officer for ARH Highlands Regional Healthcare, Dr. Thompson also serves as a nursing leadership advisor to the International Society for Professional Identity in Nursing.
