Kary Anne Weybrew is the Director of Advisement & Counseling, Grant Writing at the Los Angeles County College of Nursing & Allied Health.

As a dedicated mother and grandmother, I have made it my life's work to improve access to and care within health systems. With over three decades of experience in healthcare, my journey has evolved from direct patient care to shaping the future of nursing. My passion for patient advocacy and health education informs my roles as a Nurse Counselor, Grant Writer, and Nursing Instructor. At Los Angeles County College of Nursing & Allied Health, I contribute to the development of innovative programs that prioritize health equity. Through designing curricula that encourage free thought and awareness, I empower students and colleagues alike to become transformative leaders in healthcare. My mission is to foster a future where equity and holistic healing are central to the care we provide, ensuring better outcomes for all.
